After injuries and troubled times in Washington DC plagued Robert Griffin III, it seemed like his time as an NFL star was over. Now, with another chance in Cleveland, his marriage may be the thing coming to an end.
Griffin III wifed up his college sweetheart Rebecca Liddicoat in 2013, and the two had a baby girl last year, but the QB has reportedly told his teammates and coaches that the marriage can’t go on.
According to Cleveland.com, the Browns QB has filed for divorce from his wife of three years.
To cement things, RGIII has already even removed all traced of Rebecca from his Instagram.
Griffin III joins the list of athletes who have divorced or parted ways with longtime girlfriends or wives, some of them after realizing that the can walk in any club or bar and pick out which girl they want to sleep with.
