It’s that time of year again when an NFL team with an aging stadium announces plans to build a new one, and thus year it’s the Tennessee Titans.
The franchise has an agreement with the Nashville mayor to build a new, $2.1B domed, 1.7 million square foot stadium.
The proposed site with surely host a Super Bowl, if not multiple, but the NFL may have to amend its rules of having a seating capacity of 70,000+ for the big game, with this stadium being built to hold only 60,000 fans.
