Jared Verse is publicly enemy No. 1 in Philadelphia today.
Earlier this week, Verse explained his hatred for the Eagles and their fanbase. “I hate Eagles fans,” Verse said to The Los Angeles Times on Thursday. “They’re so annoying. I hate Eagles fans. “When I see that green and white I hate it. I actually get upset. Like I actually genuinely get hot.”
Ahead of Sunday’s NFC Divisional Round game, Verse took a pregame lap, embracing the boos from Eagles fans with his own taunts while having words with Philadelphia Eagles All-Pro defensive tackle Jalen Carter.
Let’s see if Verse is able to back up the trash talk on the field. The rookie edge rusher has been awesome this season for the Rams, racking up 36 tackles, 4.5 sacks and 2 forced fumbles.
