Tom Brady and Nick Foles are forever linked due to their matchup in Super Bowl LII, won by Foles’ Eagles 41-33 over Brady’s Patriots.
In that game, Foles famously caught a touchdown pass on 4th and Goal near the end of the first half, dubbed the “Philly Special.” It is an iconic play in Philadelphia Eagles lore. Brady meanwhile, failed on a similar play earlier in the game, dropping a would-be catch for a first down.
So, Brady and Foles reunited for a hilarious commercial for NoBull for Super Bowl LIX. In the commercial Brady jokingly claims Foles got lucky with the ‘Philly Special’ play.
Foles responds with a lighthearted, “I think we’re cool, right?” making the ad a must-watch for football fans.
