Dez Bryant fueled some speculation this week when he responded to a comment on his Instagram account suggesting that the free agent wide receiver will sign its the New England Patriots, who are in desperate need of offensive help around quarterback Tom Brady.
This wasn’t the first time Dez hinted at a potential signing. Earlier this week, Bryant tweeted about some “crucial news” that could be coming down for him in the next few weeks:
Bryant last played a full season in 2017 for the Dallas Cowboys, where he hauled in 838 yards and six touchdowns. He was cut during the offseason and eventually signed with the New Orleans Saints.
Unfortunately, Bryant never played a snap for the Saints as he was placed on season-ending injured reserve after tearing his achilles tendon during practice.
