Jarvis Landry is attempting to change to culture in Cleveland.
The former Miami Dolphins receiver acquired in an offseason trade was filmed during the first episode of Hard Knocks giving an epic, profanity-laced speech to the Browns’ receiving group during practice, essentially explaining that not practicing due to minor injuries is unacceptable moving forward.

âI donât know what the [expletive] has been going on here,â Landry said to his teammates, âand I donât know why itâs been going on. But if youâre not hurt, like if your hamstring ainât falling off, [expletive] gone; your leg ainât broke. Like you should be [expletive] practicing. Straight up. Like that [expletive] is weakness, and that [expletive] is contagious as [expletive], and that [expletive] ainât going to be in this room, bro. That [expletive] been here in the past, and thatâs why the past has been like it is, bro. That [expletive] is over with here, bro. If youâre going to [expletive] practice, [expletive] practice. You canât get no better. Ainât nobody going to get better by being on the [expletive] sideline if you ainât [expletive] hurt. If youâre not [expletive] hurt, youâve got to [expletive] practice. Because you make other [expletive] work even [expletive] harder. Now theyâre at more [expletive] risk of getting hurt, because you donât want to [expletive] practice, because youâre being a [expletive]. Straight up, man. That [expletive] is [expletive] real, bro. That [expletive] ainât happening here. Iâm just letting yâall know. That [expletive] is not [expletive] happening here. Iâm hurt and Iâm tired just like every [expletive] body in this room, but I ainât taking no [expletive] days off, because I canât be [expletive] great that way. Thatâs got to be the [expletive] attitude and the mentality all the [expletive] time. All that âmeâ [expletive] donât [expletive] live here no more. That [expletive] donât exist. Itâs contagious, bro. Like itâs really [expletive] contagious. Itâs contagious.â
