The inaugural Sunday games of the 2016 – 2017 NFL season, which were being played on the 15th anniversary of 9/11, were opened with a prerecorded 9/11 remembrance address from President Obama, which as expected, wasn’t well-received by all fans.
According to numerous fans at NFL stadiums around the league, the president was booed heavily during his video tribute.

Seahawks fans booing Obama and shouting stuff during moment of silence. That’s definitely not disrespectful to our military and country.

so booing Obama during a moment of remembrance and silence for 9/11 victims is ok, but kneeling during our anthem is disrespectful? ?
