The Washington Redskins head coach is on the hot seat already and this might make it even hotter.
A video surfaced on Friday of Gruden smoking what appears to be weed whist appearing to hit on younger women.

If not fired during the season, Gruden will likely be canned after the year with the Redskins off to a dismal 0-4 start and Dwyane Haskins already benched after a single game.
