It’s Official, The Falcons Have The Wimpiest Practice Drill In The NFL

There are your average football drills, and your unorthodox ones. This one falls into the ‘wtf’ category.

Though we’ve seen coaching guru’s implement seemingly silly drills such as pouring ice water overtop players or placing bags over top players’ heads before catching passes, this may take the cake.

In attempt the recreate the feeling of arm traffic around a quarterback while he’s in the pocket and being rushed by pass rushers, the Atlanta Falcons have tried to recreate this by foolishly slapping their quarterbacks with a limp pool noodle as they throw passes.
