Randy Gregory has once again violated the NFL substance abuse policy and facing an additional suspension from the NFL.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Dallas Cowboys pass rusher is facing a longer suspension after recent troubles — likely a failed drug test.

Gregory has checked himself into a rehab facility and will not be at Cowboys training camp.

The suspension Gregory is now facing would be for 10 total games for the 2016 season.

Gregory was suspended for the first four games of the 2016 season after failing the NFL’s substance abuse policy in February. He was allowed to participate in the offseason workout program and he was expected to participate in training camp. Now, things have changed for the defensive end.

Gregory, who fell off many team’s draft boards after being widely considered a top ten pick after failing a drug test at the 2015 NFL combine. He was ultimately selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the second round.

The Cowboys, who moved on from troubled DE Greg Hardy this offseason are awfully thin at the DE position heading into 2016.

I think at this point, it’s pretty simple for Randy Gregory
