The Johnny Manziel casino story that surfaced early Sunday morning has taken a weird turn. A few days back, USA TODAY reported that Browns’ QB Johnny Manziel was spotted a Las Vegas casino playing blackjack the eve of the Browns vs Steelers game, the last game of the regular season. Granted Manziel was ruled out of that game with a concussion, but that fact may make the move even more irresponsible. Manziel was a no-show on Sunday morning for a mandatory check up with team doctors and was unreachable by the Browns who tried to contact him.
Now, Mitch Moss of ESPN Las Vegas is dropping another bomb and is reporting that Manziel wore a fake mustache, wig and glasses to avoid detection while inside the casino.

We all know Vegas stories can get extremely crazy involving celebrities. This is going to sound wild, and maybe hard to believe, but this is what we’re hearing regarding Johnny Manziel. According to sources that have relayed information to BroBible, Manziel was at a popular night club on the Las Vegas strip Saturday night, introducing himself as “Billy.” He was there into the 3am hour and when it came time to pay the bill, he asked to have it comped because he didn’t bring cash and also didn’t want to put it on his card. However, the sources said he ended up paying with his card and signing the check. By 3am he appeared to be enjoying the party scene that Vegas is known to offer.
The club had Johnny Football and his crew placed at a VIP table close to the DJ booth. That table is located in one of the darkest areas of the club. Manziel dined at the club’s restaurant before going to the nightclub. He was seated at the most private area in the restaurant, which is still out in the open. And yes, he ate with his wig and glasses on.
Just another hilarious, weird, unbelievable, whatever word you want to use, story in the young career of Johnny Football.
