Richard Sherman entered free agency for the first time in his career having been released Friday by the Seahawks.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, despite the veteran corner garnering interest from the Titans, Lions, Raiders, Texans, Bucs and Packers, Sherman is scheduled to first meet with the San Francisco 49ers, and if the meeting goes well, he could sign right then and there, forgoing any meetings with other teams in the mix.
Richard Sherman could be seeing Seattle twice a year:
Sherman is scheduled to meet today with 49ers’ officials, sources tell ESPN. 49ers want to make sure Sherman healing from injuries, and if both sides pleased with meeting, they will try to get contract done, per sources.

So San Francisco is first up on former Seahawks’ CB Richard Sherman’s visit list – and there’s a real chance it’s his last visit, too.
