Prior to the start of the CFP National Championship Game, Nike tweeted out a pretty sweet photo of what’s suppose to be Ohio State captains and Oregon captains watching the coin flip but realistically it’s fake.
It’s actually an advertisement created by Nike and according to NCAA rules, it is not allowed to feature current NCAA players. The guys in the Nike photo are actually actors. Here’s an actual photo of the coin toss photographed by Associated Pres’ Tony Gutierrez.
