A lucky fan during Friday night’s ACC Tournament semifinal game between the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and the Duke Blue Devils was chosen to attempt a a half-court shot for a million dollars.
The shot attempt didn’t come anywhere close to going in, matter a fact, considering it an air-ball would be considered a disgrace to air-ball attempts.
The basketball shot landed around the free-throw line. What made matters worse, was the fan received a plethora of boos from the fans.
