LAS VEGAS, NV – Johnny Manziel is trying so hard to get out of Cleveland its becoming obvious, but can you blame the guy?

The 23-year-old, Browns’ 2nd-year quarterback, who’s been dealing with  more off the field issues than we can even list, has now most recently reportedly have to have been spotted gambling in a Las Vegas, Nevada Casino on the eve of the Browns final game of the 2015-2016 season, per USA TODAY. Cleveland Browns vice president of communications Peter John Baptiste would not confirm for USA TODAY Sports whether Manziel was in Cleveland, or if club policy dictated that an inactive player’s attendance was required at Sunday’s game.

Manziel was declared out for the Browns season finale, with a alleged “concussion” that nobody is quite sure when he suffered. He was in the headlines earlier for a video that was released of Manziel drinking a 4loko while dancing and singing to Future with a friend on Christmas eve. Although it seems quite harmless, the QB was in hot water after a similar video came out of him doing the same on the team’s bye week, for which he was suspended two games for by head coach Mike Petine. This all comes after Johnny entered and took himself out of a rehabilitation facility for alcoholism.

Manziel uploaded a photo to Instagram of himself laying with his dog captioned ‘#SaturdayNights’ after the allegations of Vegas came to light, and then the QB later added the location to Avon, Ohio after, which is suspect to say the least.

Now, once again we get it, he hasn’t been arrested nor get into any trouble, and what he’s doing is relatively normal for an average 23-year-old. But first off, when you’ve been in rehab for problems that are persisting as well as letting your career go through the drain, what does it take to stop. Secondly, if Manziel really was in Vegas Saturday night, we’re pretty sure flying to vegas may be one of the worst things you could due to attempt to recover from a concussion. According to Mayo Clinic, “Rest and restricting activities allow the brain to recover. This means one should temporarily reduce sports, video games, TV, or too much socializing.” …We’re pretty sure all the going to bed early, non socializing, and dim lights that Las Vegas is known for is perfect for recovery.

All signs point to the Browns not retaining their quarterback after the season with the issues and negative attention he’s brought to the team which was expected before the draft. The Cowboys’ owner Jerry Jones has shown interest in Manziel joining his team after showing displeasure in not having drafted him in the 2014 NFL draft.
