The running joke regarding the 2016 presidential election is the hypothetical pilgrimage out of the the United States to Canada, a neighbor country not governed by either Donald Trump or Hillary Clinton. Apparently, that proposition wasn’t quite a joke.
During the count on election night on Tuesday evening, Canada’s citizenship and immigration site crashed presumably due to the overflow in traffic.

Looks like Canada might have to be the ones building a way to keep mass amounts of people out.
