Oakland Raiders Hire Gorgeous 26-Year-Old Kelsey Martinez As A Female Assistant Coach

If you saw Kelsey Martinez walking down the street, NFL assistant coach would probably be the absolute last thing to come to mind.

But that’s exactly what the 26-year-old is, hired by the Oakland Raiders as the team’s assistant strength and conditioning coach.

“At first glance, you’re like, ‘Wow, that’s a woman.’ And then they start talking, and it’s, ‘Oh, that’s a coach.’ You know what I mean? It’s that instant switch of, ‘Oh, that’s interesting,’ to, ‘Oh, I need to get my feet up.'” linebacker James Cower jokingly said when asked about Martinez.

The Raiders join the Bills and 49ers as teams that have full-time female assistant coaches on staff.
