The Dallas Cowboys are signing veteran running back Calvin Cook, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
The deal comes a day after Cook visited Dallas.
Cook will join a Cowboys running back room that already includes Ezekiel Elliott, Rico Dowdle, Deuce Vaughn and fullback Hunter Luepke.
Cook’s 5,238 rushing yards over the last five seasons are the fourth-most in the NFL over that stretch, ahead of Elliott and behind only Derrick Henry, Josh Jacobs and Nick Chubb.
