Houston fans were ecstatic when they found out they were getting a football team back in 2002 but apparently nobody was more excited than Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones.
The Cowboys and Texans are set to square off on Sunday Night Football, and when discussing the city of Houston, Jones mentioned how he got a “little moisture” when the Texans beat the Cowboys in the franchise’s first game back in 2002:
Jerry Jones: Houston is such a football town. …I love Houston. I really gave it my all to do whatever I could for Houston to get the franchise. …It is a rivalry. I don’t mind telling you I got a little moisture when they put it on us down there that first game.

There’s so much to digest in that quote that maybe it’s best if we just leave it alone.
