The scenes from Minneapolis have looked like something from other parts of the world, not what one would expect from the so called “greatest country” on it.
Riots ignited by the death of George Floyd at the hands of police officers earlier this week have continued on for three straight nights, with the National Guard being called in on Thursday.
CNN sent a crew of cameramen and reporters that began the night covering the mayhem, and finished it in handcuffs. The crew’s own cameras were rolling when the team was taken into police custody for reportedly not moving when they were told, which counters what was seen on the coverage.

The crew was released hours later with no charges being filed.

While the camera crew covering the aftermath of George Floyd’ death was arrested, the men responsible for it still have yet to be charged.
