Colts QB Carson Wentz Will Need Foot Surgery, Will Miss 5-12 Weeks

Colts still evaluating Carson Wentz situation

The Carson Wentz narrative has followed him to Indianapolis.

The former Eagles QB was traded for this offseason by the Colts in hopes of putting a solid promising QB under center on what is a Super Bowl caliber roster. It appears as if fans in Indy will have to wait until midseason to see that combination.

After injuring his foot in practice, Wentz weighed his options on whether to opt for rehab or undergo surgery. Apparently that decision has been made.
