Jameis Winston is looking for a little revenge Sunday against his former team in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but it may be up to Trevor Siemian to finish the job.
Jameis exited the game in the 2nd quarter after a horse-collar tackle caused Winston’s leg to awkwardly twist with his cleat stuck in the Superdome turf.
Winston attempting to walk off the field himself but didn’t make it far before collapsing back to the turf.
Winston was taken to the sideline medical tent and then carted to the Saints locker room for further evaluation.
