Dalvin Cook went from enjoying his week to the epicenter of a full-blown domestic violence saga in the matter of a few hours Tuesday night.
The Vikings star RB allegedly abused a former girlfriend of his last year, an incident that reportedly gave her a concussion and included her getting held hostage.
The details are listed in a lawsuit filed against Cook in Dakota County District Court, accusing him of assault, battery and false imprisonment.
Cook’s defense is saying that the RB was the one assaulted by the woman after she broke into his residence, later trying to extort him out of millions of dollars.
No charges are filed yet, but a screenshot of images of a bruised and battered woman and accompanying text conversation seeming to admit guilt on the part of Cook was included in the suit. Keep in mind the image has no been proven or disproven to be legitimate.
