The Broncos fired their head coach after three seasons Sunday morning after a loss to the Chiefs Saturday night.
Broncos fans had hoped Fangio could be the answer to get the team back into playoff contention coming from being the mastermind behind one of the greatest defenses the league had ever seen in Chicago, but the hopes fell flat after going 19-30 under the 63-year-old.
The Broncos finished with another mediocre record of 7-12, finding themselves in last places in the AFC West.
