The New Orleans Saints star running back, who played for the NFC in the Pro Bowl at Allegiant Stadium was reportedly arrested following an incident a nightclub.
The 26-year-old was reportedly arrested for alleged battery resulting in substantial bodily harm.
The battery charge is already serious in every state, but in Nevada, the felony charge conviction can lead to a prison term of up to 5 years:
