REPORT: Jeff Bezos “Looking Into Buying” Washington Commanders

If Dan Snyder is serious about selling the Washington Commanders, there already is a buyer ready.

According to a report from People Magazine, the Amazon CEO is “looking into buying” the NFL franchise.

The news comes a day after Forbes reported that Dan and his wife, Tanya, Snyder had hired Bank of America to explore a potential sale of the team, Bezos is the second name being as a possible buyer to buy the Commanders. The other is media mogul Byron Allen.

Bezos, who has a net worth of $115 billion according to Bloomberg, would become the richest NFL owner, surpassing new Broncos owner Rob Walton. If Bezos is truly interested in Washington, the price tag will not be an issue.
