The Entire City Of Cincinnati Lit Up In Blue & Red Monday Night To Show Support For Damar Hamlin

Damar Hamlin’s injury Monday night left the football world stunned and even transcended the sports world.

The Bills safety suffered a cardiac arrest on the field during one of the most anticipated matchups of the season on national TV, and if there’s any silver lining, it couldn’t have happened in a better city.

After Hamlin was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, groups of Bengals fans made their way down to the hospital to show their support. Beyond Bengals fans altering sighs at the stadium to show support for Hamlin, as the 24-year-old received treatment overnight, the entire city of Cincinnati lit up in blue and red to show support for a guy who was their opponent just hours before.
