Latest Video Of Patrick Mahomes At Practice Shows High Ankle Sprain Isn’t Affecting Him Ahead of AFC Title Game

It sure looks like Patrick Mahomes is ready for the AFC Championship Game.

A video emerged from Wednesday’s practice showing the Chiefs quarterback stretching and jogging without a limp that suggest his ankle is good to go ahead of the game on Sunday.

The Chiefs will face off in a rematch of last year’s AFC Title Game against Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati Bengals. The Chiefs are hoping to return to their first Super Bowl since 2020, while the Bengals are looking to repeat as AFC Champs.

Mahomes sustained a high ankle sprain, courtesy of a tackle during the win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Saturday, and there were fears he might miss Sunday’s AFC Title Game.

That’s not the case and Mahomes looks ready!
