The Eagles star QB has scored three first half touchdowns in Super Bowl 57, and en route to the third, slammed his head on the turf following a tackle near the boundary.
Hurts grabbed his head immediately after the play, and while staying sat down, motioned for teammates to help him up.
The NFL has independent neurologists watching every play in charge of spotting instances like these in order to keep players who may have suffered concussions from staying in the game and suffering further consequences.
