The Buffalo Bills are centered around quarterback Josh Allen and his insane abilities to make plays in order to help the team get a victory. That wasn’t the case on Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys and Allen is very much aware of that.
The Bills defeated the Cowboys 31-10 in a statement win that Allen had less of an impact as normal, throwing for just 94 yards on 7-of-15 pass attempts.
He compared this performance to being “the kid who didn’t do anything in the class project and got an A.”
The Bills relied heavily on running back James Cook, who ran for 179 yards and a touchdown on 25 carries while also scoring a touchdown through the air. Latavius Murray also contributed a touchdown on the ground, as did Allen himself.
It’s all coming together for the Bills at the right time. They sit at 8-6 and will travel to Los Angeles to take on the Chargers next Saturday.
