The Detroit Lions suffered a controversial loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Saturday night, losing 20-19 after Lions offensive tackle Taylor Decker was called for a “illegal touching” on a two-point conversion play where he caught the potential game-winning score.
After the game, Decker spoke to the media at his locker and explained his side, saying he did what he was “supposed” to do and reported to the referee.
“All I really want to say on it, just so I don’t get myself in trouble, is I did exactly what coach told me to do. Went to the ref, said report, and yeah, I don’t know,” Decker said.
