The Ron Rivera era in Washington has come to a close.

After four season and a 26-40-1 record with the Commanders, Ron Rivera has been axed.

The news comes after an ugly 38-10 loss to the Cowboys at home culminating to a 4-13 record this season.

In 13 years as a head coach with Washington and Carolina, Rivera has three winning seasons and now has a 102-103-1 career coaching record.
