Matt Judon’s time in New England is over.
The New England Patriots are trading pass rusher Matt Judon to the Atlanta Falcons in exchange for a 2025 third-round pick following a long contract dispute with the team, according to multiple reports.
Judon is entering the final year of his four-year contract that he signed with New England in 2019.
Judon, a four-time Pro Bowler with 66.5 career sacks, will head to a Falcons squad looking to shore up its pass rush less than a month before the regular season begins.
