The Dallas Cowboys are traveling to Atlanta to take on the Falcons in a pivotal game and if the Cowboys are going to get a much-needed win, they will do so without running back Ezekiel Elliott.
According to ESPN’s Todd Archer and Adam Schefter, Zeke Elliott won’t be playing in Sunday’s game due to disciplinary reasons. In fact, the Cowboys told Elliott that he won’t even be traveling to Atlanta for the big game.
This marks the first time Elliott is a healthy scratch in a non-season finale in his career. Rico Dowdle and Dalvin Cook will likely handle the backfield responsibilities for Dallas.
