
Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill has been ruled out for the remainder of Saturday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers after suffering a concussion.
The injury occurred in the second quarter after Hill took off for a 25-yard run into Steelers territory. He was upended by Steelers safety Damontae Kazee and landed head first on the turf. He was knocked unconscious and immediately was ruled out.
The Ravens lead the Steelers, 17-7.
