Detroit Lions Draw Up Hilarious Fame Fumble Trick Play For A Touchdown vs Bears

The Detroit Lions drew up a hilarious trick play involving a fake fumble that worked to perfection for a touchdown against the Bears.

Jared Goff took the snap and appeared to “stumble” as he dropped back, even swinging his right hand down near the ground. Jahmyr Gibbs added to the ruse by diving, as if recovering a loose ball. But the ball was actually tucked into Goff’s left arm, and he straightened up suddenly, turned, and saw a wide open Sam LaPorta streaking toward the end zone.

Goff delivered a perfect ball and LaPorta hauled it in to give the Lions a 34-14 lead.

Lions on their way to the win.
