Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson told reporters that he “hopes” to return Pittsburgh in 2025.
“Obviously, I hope I’m here,” Wilson told reporters after Saturday night’s 28-14 playoff loss to the Ravens. “I trust God, whenever that is. And it’s a special, special place. And I know God brought me here for a reason.”
Wilson signed a 1-year deal with the Steelers after being released by the Denver Broncos last year. There’s still a lot of questions in Pittsburgh, including the future of Mike Tomlin. Many believe there are conversations that will be had in Pittsburgh about his future and there are some that think a change of scenery could be needed for both Pittsburgh and Tomlin.
