This is exactly what the Houston Texans needed coming out of the half.
After falling behind 13-3 in the first half, the Texans closed the first half with a drive that got them a field goal to make it a 13-6 game at halftime. To open the second half, the Texans went on a ginormous 15-play, 82-yard drive that was capped off by a Joe Mixon touchdown run.
The huge drive took 10 minutes, 24 seconds off the clock.
Unfortunately, Texans kicker Kaʻimi Fairbairn missed the extra point and the Texans still trail the Chiefs, 13-12.
