REPORT: Quinshon Judkins Domestic Violence Case Dropped, Won’t Face Charges

Cleveland Browns rookie running back Quinshon Judkins will not face any charges after his July arrest for misdemeanor battery and domestic violence in South Florida.

Prosecutors declined to move forward with the case for several reasons, including the incident being reported to police very late, no surveillance video and no independent witnesses. The state attorney, also added, that videos seen during the same timeframe did not show the victim with any injuries.

Judkins was arrested July 12 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The arrest report said the alleged incident wasn’t reported for five days.

Judkins is now cleared to move forward with his NFL career. He was a second round pick of the Cleveland Browns and remains unsigned. This will now pave the way for him to sign a contract and begin practicing with his teammates.
