Cleveland Browns rookie running back Quinshon Judkins was carted off the field in the second quarter against the Buffalo Bills.
The injury occurred after Judkins caught a pass and was tackled by Bills linebacker Matt Milano. He was in very bad pain, pounding the ground. His lower leg was put in air cast and was immediately ruled out.
Judkins had recorded eight carries for 22 rushing yards in the first half, as well as five receptions for 29 yards.
Judkins is the Browns’ leading rusher and has been one of the team’s few offensive bright spots this season. He entered Sunday’s game with 805 rushing yards and seven touchdowns.
Trayveon Williams and Raheim Sanders are the Browns’ other available running backs today.
