Mike Vrabel walked into New England and has completely turned the organization around and put them back into a place they were familiar with, the playoffs.
On Sunday night, the Patriots shut down Justin Herbert and the Los Angeles Chargers with dominating defensive performance which included a game-sealing sack by one of the high price free agents that Vrabel signed when he got to New England: Milton Williams.
Vrabel is use to getting bloodied. During training camp, Vrabel jumped into a massive fight between his players and the Washington Commanders during a joint training camp practice last August. It showed Vrabel’s not scared to get scrappy to teach his team toughness.
The Patriots advanced to the AFC Divisional Round where they’ll host either the Pittsburgh Steelers or Houston Texans.
