It’s going to be strange seeing Jamaal Charles tear his ACL in another uniform this upcoming season, and that will reportedly happen in the city of Denver.
Per ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the former Chief Pro-Bowl running back has agreed to terms on a one-year del worth $3.75mil with the Broncos.
Broncos gave former Chiefs’ RB Jamaal Charles a one-year deal, per source.

Excited to have Jamaal Charles join the Broncos. A great addition to our backfield, and we’re thrilled we won’t have to play against him!

Despite coming back from multiple serious knee injuries, Charles has the best yards per carry of any running back in NFL history.
When he was last healthy, Charles had three consecutive seasons of 1,000-plus rushing yards from 2012-14.
With still immature QB play in Denver, Charles will surely make an impact in the run game along with current Broncos running backs CJ Anderson and Devontae Booker.
Staying in the AFC West, Charles will face his former team this season on Oct. 30th as well as in the season finale on New Year’s Eve.
