Remember when Sam Ehlinger declared that Texas was back? Well they aren’t.
On Friday afternoon, the team had a few seconds left to march down the field and try to tie it up against Iowa State Cyclones.
Senior QB Sam Ehlinger inexplicably took a sack with about 3 seconds left, wehich left kicker Cameron Dicker with having to knock down a 57-yard field goal to tie it.
He missed it, but somebody in the stadium still shot the cannon as if he made it:
