News about a team’s first round draft pick heading to the hospital is never good, but considering Ricky Pearsall took a gunshot to the chest, a 24-hour hospital stay is about as lucky as one can get.
The 23-year-old was on his way back from an autograph signing Saturday when the WR was attacked by an armed assailant looking to rob him of his Rolex, resulting in Pearsall getting shot in the chest.
Pearsall remained in serious, but stable condition until being released Sunday evening.
