
After trading backup quarterback Quinn Ewers to the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Miami Dolphins have found their new backup quarterback.
The Dolphins have acquired Kyle McCord from the Green Bay Packers in exchange for a 2028 sixth-round draft pick.
The latest trade continues the Green Bay-Miami pipeline as the team’s starter, Malik Willis, also played for the Green Bay Packers before heading to South Beach.
The Dolphins hired former Packers defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley and Jon-Eric Sullivan as general manager, who previously was apart of the Packers front office.
