After a disappointing 2019 season from quarterback Mitch Trubisky, the Chicago Bears seem to be in the market for a QB.
Now, they might not be looking to give up on Trubisky, who just completed his third season but they are looking to bring in some serious competition and one name being floated around is Derek Carr.
NFL insider Benjamin Allbright reported on Thursday that the Chicago Bears are “quietly” on the quarterback search, and they would be interested in Carr if he becomes available.
On the same day as the report surfaced, Carr posted this cryptic image on his Instagram account of himself and his former Raider teammate Khalil Mack, who was traded to the Chicago Bears two years ago:
Earlier this month it was rumored that the Raiders were expected to make a 2-year, $60 million offer to Tom Brady, should he not resign with the Patriots before free agency.
