Say it ain’t so, JJ!
The Houston Texans defensive end could miss the remainder of the season after re-injuring his back during the team’s Week 3 loss to the New England Patriots last Thursday night.
Sources: #Texans star DL JJ Watt has re-injured his back and is expected to be out for an extended period of time. Could be the season.

#Texans are trying to learn more about JJ Watt’s back, which likely was injured vs. the #Patriots. Massive blow to their defense either way.

JJ Watt missed the entire preseason and training camp after undergoing surgery to replace a herniated disk in his back and although many people though Watt would miss time during the regular season, he was cleared for play and started Week 1.
Losing the four time all-pro will be a significant blow to the Texans but they should be in no rush this time to bring back Watt without being 100% sure his back won’t creep up on him again.
