Pee Wee Players Forget About Their Game When ‘Nae Nae’ Song Comes On

A Mighty Mite football team from Massachusetts has a playbook that may or may not officially include doing the “Whip” and “Nae Nae” in the middle of the game.

During halftime of a high school varsity game on Oct. 2, the Milford Mighty Mites were supposed to be playing a scrimmage, but that got put on hold for a dance party once Silento’s “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)” started booming over the loudspeaker. The Whip took precedence over the play call as the tiny players, ages 7 to 9, didn’t let their bulky equipment stop them from showing off their moves.

Some of the players went along with a running play after the snap, while others couldn’t help but ignore the football and break it down to the music as the crowd at the Milford High School-Oliver Ames game ate it up.
