Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling conducted his first sit-down interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper after being banned for life from the NBA after recorded conversations leaked of him saying racial comments.
The 80-year old Sterling said he was baited into saying those comments and deeply apologizes for his comments.
“I’m not a racist. I made a terrible, terrible mistake. And I’m here with you today to apologize and to ask for forgiveness for all the people that I’ve hurt,”
You can see the full interview tonight at 8:00PM on CNN’s Anderson Cooper 360.
