Cardale Jones exploded on the scene two years ago with the Ohio State Buckeyes, when he arguably had the greatest stretch of first-career games of any player in college football history, oh, and one that included a National Championship.
With the decision to leave college and enter the NFL draft after just a small sample size yet an impressive sample size at that, or to return and bank on raising your draft stock instead of raising it, Jones chose the latter.
Cardale had a lack-luster season with the Buckeyes, even having been benched. Though opting to take what ended up being the worse route to the NFL, Jones was taken by the Bills with the final pick in the 4th round.
As one reporter put it, things aren’t looking too good for Jones up in Buffalo…
Cardale Jones just threw a pass so far off target it knocked the phone out of the hand of a reporter 40 feet behind the sideline.

Maybe playing “less school” at OSU would have helped…
